At Bleu Thumb Farming, food is more than a meal — it’s our health, our history, and our responsibility.
For me, it’s deeply personal. I’ve seen the effects of diabetes and high blood pressure take too many of the people I love — my mom, my grandmother, and others close to my heart. My husband lives with those challenges every day. That became my responsibility and my motivation: to feed my family good, clean food that supports long life and real health.
But it’s not just about health — it’s about values. Our family believes in making the most of what we have, being mindful with our budget, and never being wasteful. Every egg, loaf, jam, and soap we make reflects that commitment: to honor the land, to stretch every resource, and to get the absolute best from every dollar.
Our farm is home to chickens, turkeys, and soon to be to quail, guinea, and goats. — each with a purpose and a place. From pasture-raised luxury eggs to fresh breads, pies, jams, seasoned nuts, handmade soaps, and essential oils, everything we create is done the same way we feed our family: with love, honesty, and intention.
